Ashley Olson is transferring to URI after a successful career at the Community College of Rhode Island. She was a 2-time All-Region selection and a 2011 All-American. She will be a big addition to this URI squad. She swings a powerful bat and she will pack a punch for the Rams.

Temple
Shelby Stracher 2014 catcher of the RI Thunder Elite has verballed to Temple. Stracher is the latest Thunder Elite player to commit to an A10 school. She joins Taylor Archer (Rhode Island), Anna Kelly (UMass), Allie Kearney (UMass), and Maggie Quealy (UMass).
